As our products are freshly prepared, perishable food items, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before preparation has begun. Please call us immediately at 084248 08153 to request a cancellation.
- Once an order has been prepared or handed over for pickup/delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- Refunds are considered only in cases of: an incorrect item delivered, an item damaged/spilled in transit, or a genuine quality issue.
- Please report any such issue within 2 hours of receiving your order, along with a photo where applicable, by calling 084248 08153.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original Paytm payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind after an order has been prepared.
